We operate the online store on the website www.drone4fly.cz

To provide our products and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing of Personal Data when Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact information that you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. These details include: contact address, phone number, and email address.

Why do we process this data?

We contact you through these details to follow up on shipping, order status, and any issues with your order.

On what legal basis do we process this data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long do we process personal data?

If no further collaboration is initiated, we will process your data for no more than 12 months from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase

If you make a purchase, we will work with the details you provide. These mainly include billing information: first name, last name, address.

Why do we process this data?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – delivering our products to you. We will also communicate with you through contact details regarding your order status, potential claims, or your inquiries.

We further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints, etc.).

On what legal basis do we process this data?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligations.

For the duration of our service or until the last service or product delivery.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt-out during the purchase process, we will use your email address to send you our newsletters.

On what legal basis do we process this data?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not opt-out during your purchase.
